The four-week experience includes: Week One — Building Your Foundation Week Two — Board Development & Leadership Week Three — Funding Readiness Week Four — Strategic Growth Plan The product being sold through this website is the replay of the four-week group coaching experience. The full value of the coaching experience is stated as $997. The current replay purchase price is $197. 2. DIGITAL PRODUCT ACCESS After your purchase has been successfully completed, you will receive access to the Nonprofit PinkPrint™ Replay through the designated online member or replay area. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and accurate information at checkout so that access can be properly provided. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. You may not share your login information or replay access with another person. 3. PERSONAL USE ONLY Your purchase gives you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Nonprofit PinkPrint™ Replay for your own educational purposes. You may not: Share your login information with another person. Give another person access to the replay. Copy, reproduce, record, redistribute, or resell the coaching content. Upload the videos or materials to another website or platform. Share worksheets or other paid resources publicly. Sell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute any part of the program. Use the content to create your own competing coaching program or course. Unauthorized sharing or distribution may result in termination of access without a refund. 4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All materials associated with the Nonprofit PinkPrint™, including but not limited to: Videos Audio recordings Worksheets Workbooks Written materials Graphics Logos Curriculum Teaching materials Branding Program content are the property of Coach Crystal R. Durham and/or the Nonprofit PinkPrint™, unless otherwise stated. These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of any program materials to you. You receive access for your personal educational use only. 5. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS The Nonprofit PinkPrint™ provides education, guidance, strategies, and resources intended to help nonprofit founders build stronger organizations. However, Coach Crystal R. Durham does not guarantee any specific result. This includes, but is not limited to: Receiving grants Receiving donations Obtaining sponsorships Receiving government funding Increasing revenue Obtaining 501(c)(3) status Securing partnerships Growing your nonprofit Receiving a specific amount of funding Your results will depend on your individual circumstances, actions, preparation, organization, resources, and other factors outside of Coach Crystal R. Durham's control. 6. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY The Nonprofit PinkPrint™ is an educational coaching program. The information provided should not be considered legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other professional advice. Every nonprofit is different, and laws, regulations, requirements, and circumstances may vary. You are responsible for seeking qualified legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice when appropriate. Coach Crystal R. Durham is not responsible for decisions you make based solely on information provided through the program. 7. NO REFUNDS All purchases of the Nonprofit PinkPrint™ Replay are final and non-refundable. Because the replay is a digital product and access is provided after purchase, refunds, cancellations, or credits will not be issued once the purchase has been completed and access has been provided. By purchasing the replay, you acknowledge and agree to the Nonprofit PinkPrint™ No-Refund Policy. If you experience a genuine technical problem accessing the replay, please contact us so we can assist you with the technical issue. Technical support does not create an entitlement to a refund. 8. PAYMENT The replay is currently offered at $197. The stated full value of the four-week coaching experience is $997. Payment must be successfully completed before access to the replay is provided. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or technical errors that may occur on the website. 9. WEBSITE USE You agree to use this website and its content for lawful purposes only. Copies or distributes program materials. Resells program content. Violates these Terms & Conditions. Engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior. If access is terminated because of a violation of these Terms & Conditions, no refund will be provided. 14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Coach Crystal R. Durham and the Nonprofit PinkPrint™ will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the program. You are responsible for how you apply the information provided through the program. 15. TESTIMONIALS AND FEEDBACK If you voluntarily provide a testimonial, review, comment, or feedback about the Nonprofit PinkPrint™, you give permission for Coach Crystal R. Durham and the Nonprofit PinkPrint™ to use that testimonial or feedback for promotional purposes, unless you specifically request otherwise. No testimonial will be presented as a guarantee of results. 16.
